About The Position

The Document Management Specialist will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of funded loan documents.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and maintain data in the company’s database.
  • Audit accounts on a post funding basis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Review and process DMV related material.
  • Upload documents to corresponding accounts.
  • Effectively communicate with dealers and customers regarding account information.
  • Respond to account inquiries, both external and internal.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient with the Microsoft suite of applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
  • High School Diploma or GED.
