About The Position

The Remarketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring inventory, preparing vehicles for auction, and guiding the vehicle through the auction process.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Properly document account information including, but not limited to, notice of intent date and expiration date, repossessions, redemptions, legal sale date, title status, and holds.
  • Compare book sheets to condition reports and review them for add-on equipment discrepancies.
  • Submit invoices to accounting for payment.
  • Prepare, assign, and transport the vehicle to auction.
  • Ensure that the auction receives a condition report and pictures of the vehicle.
  • Facilitate open communication between the auction, vendors and employees to create efficiency and minimize loss.
  • Prepare activity reports and special reports as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Remarketing experience in the auto finance industry (non-prime or sub-prime).
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful, and sensitive manner.
  • Detail oriented and organized with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
