    About The Position

    The Credit Support Specialist will be responsible for capturing approved and conditional loan requests and building strong business relationships with dealerships.

     

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate business relationships with new auto dealerships.
    • Maintain business relationships with existing auto dealerships.
    • Actively engage with dealerships by telephone and/or email to solicit business and find solutions that meet their specific needs.
    • Partner with sales & marketing other production/origination departments to ensure that the dealerships experience excellent customer service and superior follow up while deals are in the funding stage.
    • Maintain accurate lead list and inventory.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
    • 1+ year(s) of experience in the sales & marketing/originations field, preferably in the sub-prime auto finance industry.
    • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to interact with others in a professional, tactful and sensitive manner.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Available to work a flexible work schedule and overtime as needed.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
