What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in recruitment with at least 5+ years of experience and a track record of hiring top talent in a high-volume environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• A creative and analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and best practices.
• Passion for creating a diverse, inclusive, and inspiring workplace.
