The Business Analyst, under minimum direction, will perform difficult to complex business and systems analysis of current business practices, processes, and workflows in assigned departments and/or business areas.  The Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for the administration and maintenance of Shaw, the Account Servicing application.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert on Shaw, the Account Servicing application.
• Act as a strategic partner and liaison between the user community and the technical applications development staff.
• Document business processes, standard operating procedures, and project status.
• Responsible for managing own workflow and meeting deadlines while responding to frequent demands of multiple customers.
• Conduct periodic audits to identify potential issues as well as opportunities for continual improvement.
• Recommend changes to management in support of organizational goals and objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst within the auto finance and/or finance industry is required.
• Extensive experience with servicing applications is required; experience with the Shaw Systems Collections and Retail applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills and abilities.
• Ability to interface with multiple users across the organization and effectively manage reporting requirements from start to finish.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing and growth oriented environment with regularly changing priorities and developing opportunities.
• Sound knowledge of SQL and data extraction methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $72,000.00 - $87,000.00 annually
